Neck and shoulder pain seem to be endemic to quadom. I have it a couple days a week, no rhyme or reason. My left shoulder kept me up all of Friday night. Hasn't hurt at all the last two nights. Aspirin seems to help quite a bit. Keep experimenting Bobbie. Surely something will help.
