Skype rocks!!! I use all the time with my mom in az. So that she can see my
grandson, in pa. we use the video call.

I know it's not portable but for a second or back up phone have you tried
Skype? For $2.45 a month (cheaper if you subscribe for multiple months) you
can call anyone in US or Canada for absolutely nothing.

Well, you're not going to believe this one... the brand new caregiver I was
