Amazon Echo can call other Echos or phones, just by voice. And it doesn't cost much. Greg I need a completely hands-free nurse call bell. And are there any groups for paralyzed people from the neck down on Facebook ?

probably other ways but when my wife(c4 complete) is in the hospital I program either the nursing station phone number or the nurse on duty personal number( on my wife's I phone 6 in contacts under NURSE. She then tells Siri (since everyone carries a phone)to call nurse on speaker That makes this totally hands free. Hope this helps.
