I bought a cooling towel xtralarge (from Amazon). I get it wet b4 bed and keep it on my nightstand. In the middle of night when I get hot I throw it across my body and zip the ceiling fan on high.a. I use a misty mate 16 or 24oz works great, fill it 3/4's full and pump it up it's good 3 to 6 hours depending on how much you use it.
