ice in such a delicate area as the scrotum. 


And no ice or heat for that matter in areas lacking normal  sensation.

and under my testicles in order to cool my body  down. I also drink ice cold 
water or Gatorade. It kept me from having a  stroke.  

I also do this is my temperature goes above 101. It  cools me down pretty 
quickly.

Arteries is a good place to begin the process. Chill an arterially  source 
with chilled waters and chill blood travels quickly.  Neck,  Armpits, Wrist 
and Ankles are good points to start the process.  I  also know a few Quads

When I used to go to the buccaneer games I would put ice under my armpits
and under my testicles in order to cool my body down. I also drink ice cold
water or Gatorade. It kept me from having a stroke.

Arteries is a good place to begin the process. Chill an arterially source  
with chilled waters and chill blood travels quickly.  Neck, Armpits, Wrist  
and Ankles are good points to start the process.  I also know a few Quads  
that drink warm tea to cool down when over heated.

I bought a cooling towel xtralarge (from Amazon). I get it wet b4 bed and keep 
it on my nightstand. In the middle of night when I get hot I throw it across my 
body and zip the ceiling fan on high.a.

I use a misty mate 16 or 24oz works great, fill it 3/4's full and pump it up 
it's good 3 to 6 hours depending on how much you use it.
