I'm sure its good, but at what expense?  If its free, the it might be  a 
deal.  But if you have to spend $5 dollars to save $3.50  it may not  be the 
way 
to go.

it's around $3.57, but I've seen it as high as $3.67 for regular gas.

gallon to the fine total of $90.  These are prices in New York
