Conservative doctors do not seem to like it, but I seek quality of life as often as possible. What does lorazepam do for you? Brien

I came out of rehab on a cocktail of drugs. Valium was one of them, 20mg a day. After 4 years of feeling and behaving like a zombie I kicked them all and only take Baclofen as needed. A good regiment of exercise and good food takes care of most spasms, but there are a few of us with injuries that naturally cause chronic spasms. Are most quads taking valium for spasms, pain or both? Ron, I was prescribed Valium 32 years ago for mussels spasms, 40 mg per day! After my ryzodomy I don't have spasms any more but I CAN NOT stop taking valuim. My body is totally addicted to it, I must take 10 mg per day. Bobbie
