sorry to respond so late, but I've been a little busy lately.
I usually use one part bleach to 10 parts water. Basically I like to use
old saline bottles and we put up 100 mL of bleach in the bottle and fill it
up with water. It's not exact, but it's been working for me for more than
16 years now.

I use 1/4 Cup bleach  to a gallon of water.

1/3rd bleach, 2/3rd water about 10 ounce's total
