What I do with appointments now is I have THEM write the appointment on their sheet and give it to me. Then I bring the sheet on my clipboard and if there is any confusion I hand them the conformation they wrote. Either this method or appointment conformation is the way to go because its a full day of preparation for a quad to attend an appointment. Ron

I find if you tip your head back just a bit, you can usually see out the back end a little. Not so cloustrophobic. For the first time they gave me glasses with a mirror angled 45 degrees. So I could see out the bottom into a window they were behind. Helped quite a bit.Greg
