[Quantum Owners] Seeking 2+2 roof

2011-11-16 Thread taximark
Following an interesting incident on the motorway last week I found
that the roof on my car is in worse condition than I thought. I now
have a large tear across the back between the window and the poppers.
Unfortunately the replacement is budget sensitive so I am seeking a
cheap replacement, I will be happy with one in poor condition as long
as it is waterproof. I am also looking for a project car for my
daughter,

cheers

Mark

[Quantum Owners] Re: CVH on 2 Cylinders - Q2009

2011-11-16 Thread Dave English
Hi All.

After spending the best part of last Sunday rebuilding my engine. I'm
now pleased to say that my 'Q' is now firing on all 4 cylinders again.
There was a very visible difference in the shape of the cam lobes
between my old camshaft and the new one so that was a worthwhile part
of the job (and most of the expense too).
After a quick test run Sunday evening, Monday was straight back into
my daily commute (55 mile round trip) with no problems, just a little
adjustment of the idle mixture and revs required this weekend when I
get to see daylight again!

Regards
Dave
