Hello all, a stupid questions really but anyone have trouble in the winter of opening doors on a 2+2? Recently, I haven't been able to open the doors! Any suggestions apart from the obvious? You just need to rub the rubber seal with either some silicone grease, Vaseline, or i believe washing up liquid. Not loads, just put some on a cloth and rub it on the seal. Yeah, sorry, should have said. Frozen shut, the handle is fine but I have to pull very hard and I think one day the handle will just rip off. Don't know if it's available retail (suspect it will be, maybe under a different name), but on the Rail industry we use a product called Killfrost for door seals, brake gear, even points. On seals it is sprayed on as a preventative measure rather than free already frozen seals.
