Hello, I am slowly building an extreme with a 1.6 Pinto (temporary engine to get me through the test) but there is not enough room in the bay to fit the standard air filter or any obvious alternatives
As I will be changing engine (probably for a zetec) I don't want to cut out the bonnet and I can't see any obvious solution to fit a filter in. I need to gain about 40mm.... I guess this is a similar problem for all pinto's and a few of you have solved this problem before - any suggestions?
