I've read all the various good wishes to Eddie and the family and only wish to add my own very best wishes to them all, and to Eddie in particular: I was at his first factory open day, and at the recent one...and between times Eddie has done some excellent work to my H4. At Donington this year, I met Eddie in the Car Park and spent a very enjoyable couple of hours in his company looking round the show: one of the high spots of my Summer, I have to say. And I was looking forward to another visit to the factory quite soon (I was promised a cup of coffee and I was booked in for some exciting stuff on my Saloon, but as to that, I'll wait...and be patient... and hope and pray that Eddie will make a speedy and complete recovery. As a parting observation, I was moved by the messages of sympathy and support posted here for Eddie and it made me (again) realize what a splendid club this is and how very lucky we are to have someone like Eddie so completely on our side and in tune with our needs and wishes.
