I'll be removing R4.0 repositories from yum.qubes-os.org shortly. As README there states, the archive is at https://qubes.notset.fr/archive/repo/yum/. It shouldn't affect anyone using supported version, and those still running R4.0 (stats say a little over 10k users...) wouldn't receive any updates from there anyway (we don't build new packages there anymore).
