No, ISO images (for now) stay where they were. I'll add a README file
where the old repos previously were - to help finding them if anyone
needs.

Hi,

I want to do a little cleanup on the server, to make more room for the
packages. Here is the disk usage of repo/yum/ dirs:

472M    r1
19G    r2
18G r3.0
21G r3.1
59G r3.2
157G    r4.0
71G r4.1
342G    total

Based on the stats[1] (which are built based on the updates server
hits), versions below 3.2 are basically unused. So, I'd like to remove
them from the server. In fact, since 3.2 is EOL for almost 2 years
already, I think this also could be removed (there won't be any new
updates there, ever). Does anyone see any reason to keep them
online, on

the same server, under same URL? Note this content is also mirrored, so
removing it from here will also reduce storage usage on all the
mirrors.

Yes, that would be helpful.

It's archived here: https://qubes.notset.fr/archive/repo/yum/ and I've
backed up it elsewhere too.

You can safely make some space :)

Do we have to update any links on the downloads page?

I see no reason they need to be on the main server, and certainly not
mirrored. That said, they should still be publicly available as they
are of historical interest.

[qubes-devel] Cleanup on qubes file server (bruschetta)

2021-03-19 Thread Marek Marczykowski-Górecki
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-

Hi,

I want to do a little cleanup on the server, to make more room for the
packages. Here is the disk usage of repo/yum/ dirs:

472Mr1
19G r2
18G r3.0
21G r3.1
59G r3.2
157Gr4.0
71G r4.1
342Gtotal

Based on the stats[1] (which are built based on the updates server
hits), versions below 3.2 are basically unused. So, I'd like to remove
them from the server. In fact, since 3.2 is EOL for almost 2 years
already, I think this also could be removed (there won't be any new
updates there, ever). Does anyone see any reason to keep them online, on
the same server, under same URL? Note this content is also mirrored, so
