Re: [qubes-users] Days since last backup

MacOS has a handy feature where it will remind you if it has been more than 10 days since your last backup. This would be great to have in Qubes. I've created a script and user-mode anacrontab to automatically remind the user if it's been more than N days since the last backup. Are the qubes-community-docs the best place to document this, or is there a better place for things that involve scripts? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "qubes-users" group. [qubes-users] sys-usb 3.1 hub no longer recognizes USB 2.0 devices
I'm somewhat new to the sys-usb as I recently upgraded from R3.2 to R4.0.2. I have a powered USB hub device that I use to plug in YubiKeys and some other USB 2.0 devices along with USB 3 external HDDs. After an update yesterday of dom0 and Fedora 30 (Template for sys-usb), and a system reboot, the USB 2.o devices on this hub are no longer recognized by sys-usb and can no longer be attached to AppVMs. USB 3.0 HDDs connected to the same hub still show up normally. What could I look at to troubleshoot this? lsusb in sys-usb doesn't show the attached USB 2 devices anymore. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "qubes-users" group. [qubes-users] Re: Resume issues with Qubes
> > Hi Moris I have the same model and suspend / resume works for me (i have nothing connected to the machine and sys-usb has no devices routed to another vm). Under these circumstances the system wakes up normally but as u described I have a slight delay aswell before the screensaver shows up... usually only 10-15 sec for me and I click a couple times and use the touch pad, press spacebar or smth https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/5482 Check out that bug report I made, havent tried with other devices yet but I assume we have the same problem and sys-usb is the culprit -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "qubes-users" group.
