The easiest way would simply be to reinstall the template:

He means to clone the template *before* you experiment with it (e.g.,
uninstall or install packages when you're entire certain what will happen as a
result). By cloning the template first, it's very easy to recover from a
mistake. You simply delete the messed up clone, and you still have the working
original template (which you can then clone from again).

A good practice is to clone your template and using the cloned one to
experiment. Qubes makes cloning very easy.

Now, in your case, I would consider using the debian template instead, just
because it is so easy and fast to make the change.

Nautilus is broken for me on the fedora-23 template

I tried installing libicuil8n.so.54 in the template VM.

but it still has the same error message.

I did this after manually removing some packages, so this is definitely a screw 
up on my  part, and NOT a QUBES screw-up.

How can I get nautilus working again?
