Does anyone use Outline (https://getoutline.org/en/home). It is absolutely free and open source project.
As I understood this project allows to deploy on any server your own VPN Server without any knowledge. In some of manuals I red that you can use third-party Shadowsocks-clients for more accurate tuning.
