please don't add ricing tools to Qubes.  

Absolutely unnecessary.

I would prefer not to see people posting onto image boards screenfetches of a 
riced out QubesOS with or without an animu girl backdrop.

Well, you're able to change the DE, there is some documentation on that, you 
can change to i3 if you wish, but I'm guessing people that use this OS have 
other priorities.
