It looks like the UK MSF 60 KHz signal from Anthorn is down. I've seen one report that a clock stopped at 00:04 this morning (but I don't know whether that was UTC or UTC+01:00). http://www.npl.co.uk/science-technology/time-frequency/products-and-services/time/msf-radio-time-signal No confirmation elsewhere. Thanks for that confirmation, David. It seems to still be down at 06:22 UTC this morning, so it must be serious! Today is a holiday in the UK, so what chance of it being repaired? I thought it bad that there was no status available from NPL, and I haven't even looked for a URL to report a problem. Hi Mostly too weak in Lancashire UK but at least it has a very accurate phase shift seconds marker. MSF and GPS for me have occasional blackouts, ISTR inversion layer effects used to be common in this area but apparently it's now unknown.
