[R-pkg-devel] Warning: Vignettes missing from index
I am trying to build the website for my NatureSounds package with pkgdown but I got the following error message: Warning: Vignettes missing from index: I already have this metadata in the vignette: vignette: > %\VignetteIndexEntry{Acoustic data sets in NatureSounds} %\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc} %\VignetteEncoding{UTF-8} %\VignetteEngine{knitr::rmarkdown} I cannot find any thing about it when searching online. Any help would be appreciated! thanks! Marcelo [[alternative HTML version deleted]] __ R-package-devel@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-package-devel

Re: [R-pkg-devel] new package processing time
Thanks I found it here: ftp://cran.r-project.org/incoming/archive/ not sure what that's suppose to mean Marcelo El mar., 4 feb. 2020 a las 8:12, Dirk Eddelbuettel () escribió: > > On 4 February 2020 at 10:28, Helmut Schütz wrote: > | Possibly it went unnoticed. > > A follow-up email may be a good idea. > > | My first new package took two days from submission to acceptance > | including answering questions in July last year. > > It is _much_ more clogged now as you can tell via a quick 'ls -lR' on the > incoming/ directory (and its subdirectories) will tell you. [R-pkg-devel] new package processing time
Hi all I submitted a new package to CRAN a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know how long does it take for the package to be processed? New package versions are usually processed in a few hours so that's why I am wondering if everything is fine. thanks Marcelo [[alternative HTML version deleted]] __ R-package-devel@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-package-devel
[R-pkg-devel] Package removed due to dependency error (but dependency not removed)
Hi all I have a couple of packages that depend on a third package (seewave <https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/seewave/index.html>). My packages were removed from CRAN because an issue with this dependency: seewave produces an error when installed in r-release-osx-x86_64 <https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_flavors.html#r-release-osx-x86_64>. However, seewave has not been removed (???). It seems a bit unfair to me. Does anyone have any recommendation on how to proceed from now? They asked me to wait for 2 days a week ago but nothing has happened and now they are not responding my emails. thanks __________ Marcelo Araya-Salas Ph.D, Lab of Ornithology, Cornell University Bioacustics Lab, Universidad de Costa Rica http://marceloarayasalas.weebly.com [[alternative HTML version deleted]] __ R-package-devel@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-package-devel
