Thanks, Petr. isInterNuclear and zeroSyllToEOP are both binary, and it turns out : isInterNuclear zeroSyllToEOP == zeroSyllToEOP. I got the message, Coefficients: (1 not defined because of singularities), in the returned result of lm(). What does it mean?
