[R] About PLR
Hello Sir/Mam I am Nitish Kumar Mishra from IMTECH, Chandigarh, India. I want to calculate the Principal Component Analysis(PCA), PLS of the input file and find top 30 PCAs of this file using PLS in R. I am asking regarding Linux(Red Hat 9) operating system. I have downloaded PLS from Crains site and try to installed it, but don't installed it. How I can download and installed PLS(for PCA and PLS) in R using Linux. Please me how I can installed PLR in R(Linux). Hi, I am simply asking about coefficient od determination(R square), is its value more than 1 also posiible. Because it ranges from 0-1. So I want to know that R squre may be more than one. If yes what is its interpretation. [R] R-About PLSR
hi R help group, I have installed PLS package in R and use it for princomp & prcomp commands for calculating PCA using its example file(USArrests example). But How I can use PLS for Partial least square, R square, mvrCv one more think how i can import external file in R. When I use plsr, R2, RMSEP it show error could not find function plsr, RMSEP etc. How I can calculate PLS, R2, RMSEP, PCR, MVR using pls package in R.
