Estimado Freddy: Te agradezco la rapidez de tu respuesta. Trato de obtener los subtotales de cada 50 filas de Tdist.csv, es por ello que adjunte dicha tabla; y el objeto de haber enviado el otro archivo, era poner un ejemplo de los resultados que se obtendrían, al efectuar los subtotales de la misma Tdist.csv, pues es parte de ésta. Estoy a tus órdenes para cualquier otra aclaración. [R-es] Subtotales de matriz
Buenas noches Colegas: He estando buscando la manera de encontrar los subtotales, de una tabla que tiene algo más de 750 registros, para ello uso un bucle for, pero siempre me da el total, a pesar de que dentro del bucle está el obtener la suma parcial en un registro de otra matriz. He tratado con colSum, applay(ko, 2, sum) y da sólo el gran total; también con mr <- rbind(ko, 2, sum) pero en este caso el sistema me indica "cannot coerce type 'builtin' to vector of type 'list'" Adjunto un archivo llamado, Ejem.csv en donde vacié el contenido de los 50 primeros registros, el registro 52 tiene los totales que se deberían asentar en el primero de la matriz resultante; y en los registros 55 a 104 están los 50 siguientes, para terminar con el 106 que contiene el total de esos 50 anteriores. Es de hacer notar que no me importaría si en lugar de salir lo que indica el registro 106, se tuviera la suma de 52 y 106. Si hubiera alguna duda, adjunto también Tdist.csv que es la totalidad de los datos. Carlos: Te adjunto las matrices ContaC.csv y Sali753.csv, la primera es la original y la segunda es la salida que obtengo, y, en ella se puede comprobar que se trata de textos. Ya vi la ayuda de rowMeans, y no quiero la media de una fila, sino la media de cada elemento de la fila; es decir el promedio de ContaC[1,1] que vale 23, y, cómo la suma de la fila ContaC[1,] vale 134 el promedio es 0.1716 y si nos referimos a ContaC[1, 3] entonces el promedio sera el resultado del cociente 18/134, o sea 0.1343. Buenas noches estimados colegas: Adjunto la matriz,de la que quiero obtener, los promedios de cada elemento de los vectores que la componen. Me explico, el primer vector, tiene como primer elemento 23 y la suma de todos los elementos es 134; por lo tanto el promedio será 0.1716, el segundo elemento de dicho vector es 20, entonces el promedio sería 0.1492, del tercero el promedio es 0.1343 y así sucesivamente. ¿Me podrían hacerme el favor de indicarme, el o los documentos que debo consultar, con objeto de solucionar mi problema? Sí, Carlos es la misma; los datos entrecomillados son los encabezados y podrían quitarse de momento, por otra parte renglones y columnas son iguales porque se han transpuesto los renglones, los elementos cero corresponden a que no hay interacción entre eventos del mismo tipo; pues como se puede observar son de 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2 etc.; pero al ordenarse se pierde el dato de 1 vs 5 o 4 vs 30 y por ello se necesitan de las etiquetas que se añaden con h. Estimados Colegas: Tengo una matriz de la que adjunto con el nombre Sma746.csv, a esta le quiero añadir repetidamente una 'etiqueta' a cada columna que llamo 'h', para lo cual uso el script que también adjunto 'TOT.r'. Mi problema consiste en que no sucede así, porque pasando de 9 juegos, el sistema me pone otros números de no se donde. Estimados Colegas: Como antecedentes les informo: a).-Traté de actualizar mi sistema de Ubuntu 16.10 a 17.04; sin embargo una falla de electricidad me cortó la instalación. b).- Me vi en la necesidad de reinstalar, pero formateando lo que tenía instalado, entre otros RStudio. Ahora que he estado tratar de recuperar la versión 1.0.143-i386, de RStudio, que tenía me encuentro que se debe instalar libgstreamer0.10-0 y aunque la bajé, no logro instalarla, a pesar de estar en la carpeta donde reside y donde he ejecutado sudo dpkg -i. Pero aun más traté de instalar la versión 0.99.896-i386 de Rstudio y también me solicitó la misma librería. Alguno de ustedes me podría hacer el favor de orientarme para lograr volver a tener RStudio. Buenos días colegas, he estado buscando la manera de almacenar la frecuencia de ocurrencia de 'un', 'do', 'tr' 'cu' ... en el siguiente script: da <- read.csv('T20.csv') un <- da[da[,2] == 1,] do <- da[da[,2] == 2,] tr <- da[da[,2] == 3,] cu <- da[da[,2] == 4,] ci <- da[da[,2] == 5,] se <- da[da[,2] == 6,] Como en este caso, 'un' tiene solamente dos elementos y 'se' no cuenta con ningún elemento, no se pueden trabajar y pretendo que, con if evitar el/los intentos de usarlos; pero hay otras tablas que cambian las condiciones. Intenté usar por ejemplo: if (length[tr$d] >= 8) {sua3 <- loess(d ~ n, data = tr,span = 0.65, degree = 2) pero obtenía: Error in length[tr$d] : objeto de tipo 'builtin' no es subconjunto Quise usar: l2 <- count(da$t,"2") if (l2 >= 8) {sua2 <- loess(d ~ n, data = ahora responde el sistema: la condición tiene longitud > 1 y sólo el primer elemento será usado. Es decir del grupo 'n' cuántas veces sucede 1, 2, ... hasta 10. Con este resumen que va ir cambiando, aplicarle loess. Por lo que se refiere a los valores que indico, los obtuve contando físicamente de los datos de TAB. Gracias por la ayuda que me proporcionaron Luisfo Llador, Karel López Quintero y Carlos Ortega ya está caminando el script; me queda sin embargo una duda en su funcionamiento, que quedó de esta manera: j <- 1 sma <- 0 dat <- read.csv('1A.csv') for(i in 1:length(dat$d)){ if(dat$d[i] > 5){ j <- j + 1 sma[j] <- 0} else{ sma[j] <- sma[j] + 1} } La duda consiste en que dat$d[i] tiene así los primeros 11 datos: 5, 3, 5, 7, 1, 1, 4, 2, 14, 10, 3 y sma me da 3, 4, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 6, 3, 3,1; pero entonces entre 3 y 4 debería estar un 0; y después entre 4 y 1 debería haber 0, 0 y no sólo 0. Entonces pienso que probablemente 'metí la pata', pero no encuentro donde. ¿Me podrían hacer el favor de volverme a ayudar? Tengo un vector 'dt' con 95 observaciones cuyos valores fluctúan entre 1 y 32 y quiero obtener las cantidades que sean <=5, y cuando haya una mayor el contador se vuelve 0, hasta que encuentre otra cantidad <= 5 para volver a iniciar la cuenta. el script está así: for(i in 1:length(dt)) { if(dt[i]<=5) a[j]=a[j]+1 else { j <- j + 1 a[j] = 0 } } y el sistema me indica: Error in dt[i] : objeto de tipo 'closure' no es subconjunto Me pueden ayudar, diciéndome ¿qué documento puedo consultar para solucionar este error? Estimados Colegas: Estoy tratando de hacer unas gráficas y al pedir ejecutar la última línea, el equipo me dice: geom_smooth: method=auto and size of largest group is 1000, so using loess. Hace tiempo tenÃa la intención de convertir la salida de sink() en formato ancho; ya Javier Marcuzzi me hizo favor de sugerir el paquete reshape2, pero no lo habÃa hecho, y ahora, no encuentro lo que me falta o lo que hice mal. Antecedentes a) uso R 3.0.3 en W7 b) para entrenarme tome como modelo publicado en seananderson.ca/2013/10/19/reshape.html. Como no pude cargar airquality dataset load('airquality dataset'); lo bajé en forma de texto y lo convertà en airquality.csv y usé nn-read.table('airquality.csv',header=T,sep=',') El primer paso indica names(airquality) - tolower(names(airquality)) pero no lo usé porque la ayuda indica que para convertir mayúsculas a minúsculas o viceversa. Lo siguiente es aq1-melt(airquality) # a[ir] q[uality] [l]ong format sin embargo el sistema respondeNo id variables; using all as measure variables.
