Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix those issues to get the
package on CRAN?

Platform: aarch64-apple-darwin20 (64-bit)
Running under: macOS Sonoma 14.5

If you run a spell checker before you submit  then it helps if you put in your 
cran-comments.md file  the list of words flagged and that all of them are 
correct. This makes it just a little easier for CRAN.

  * the rest are false positives

To me the notes look as though they are for information only, with the 
possible exception that CRAN prefers abbreviations like GWAS to be 
written in single quotes as 'GWAS'.


You should definitely mention each of the issues that led to archiving 
in the note you submit with your package.
