Have a look at hurdle() from the pscl package.

 Dear list members,

Is there any function to do zero-truncated poisson or
 zero-truncated negative binomail in R?
Thank you very much in advance.
 Best,

Hi Manuel,

It seems that the package VGAM is taking zerotruncated models into
account. You can find more info on
http://www.stat.auckland.ac.nz/~yee/VGAM/index.html. You can use as a
family function posnegbinomial (for zero truncated data with negative
binomial distribution) or pospoisson (for zero truncated data with
poisson distribution).

kind regards,

Maarten
