Adds a new page type, AlphabetPage, which works quite similarily to the ArchivePage but insteads breaks down the children into sections alphabetically, rather than by date. If the admin_tree_structure is installed, this extension will also break down the list of children alphabetically in the admin page tree (but this extension will also work quite happily without admin_tree_structure).
