Sorry about the delay - I have just tested your configuration file on my
machine here (RedHat 6.0) with no problems.
Are you running restartWrapper with a trailing "&" to send it to the
background? The current documentation is not clear on this point but this is
how it must be run (and yes the manual has been fixed).
