Hello Ronan -

You should have a look at a trace 4 debug from Radiator to see what 
information is included in the accounting packets. You should also check with 
Cisco (or the Cisco web site) to see if it is possible to get extended 
disconnect information in the accounting stops.

Hello Larry -

As you can see from the accounting records, the Connect-Info 
attribute is not present in the records. You would need to check a 
trace 4 debug from Radiator to verify the packet contents, but if the 
data is not present you will have to ask your provider to fix the 
problem on the Cisco NAS.
