Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Help: Quick Scroll through long artist list?
It should accelerate as you spin faster and longer. Or you can go backwards from A. It will bump the first time, but if you keep spinning the knob it will push through. Or take a shortcut through the Genre list if you know what genre the thing you want is under. Or install Erland's Custom browse which will allow you to configure an extra menu level for dividing the list by first letters A-Z. -- MeSue SUE 1 Duet | 2 Booms | 1 Radio (beta) | 1 Touch (beta) | 1 SB2 HP MediaSmart EX470 | Squeezebox Server 7.4 Find me on 'Last.FM' (http://www.last.fm/user/MeSue) | 'Twitter' (http://twitter.com/suechastain) MeSue's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=985 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=70500 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
[SlimDevices: Radio] Alarm only works when connected to mysqueezebox?
I've just bought the squeezebox radio, and have been trying to set an alarm. If the player is connected to my local squeezebox server, then the alarm doesnt work. If connecting to mysqueezebox it works fine. Is this intentional? If so thats ridiculous. -- aobr31569 aobr31569's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33907 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=70526 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

Also, in the upcoming 7.5 release of the firmware, you can engage an experimental Text Mode feature, which will allow you to assign a button (such as holding down the center knob) to temporarily have the scroll wheel move by letter in any alphabetized list. Hitting back or center knob will disengage Text Mode. -- Tom Wadzinski Tom Wadzinski Logitech Developer - SqueezePlay Tom Wadzinski's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=18548 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=70500 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Alarm only works when connected to mysqueezebox?
I have a working alarm every morning while beeing connected to local server. Worked a bit rough with 7.4.0 and very stable with 7.4.1. Do you have the right timezone on your server ? That was my problem once - the alarm was off by an hour, because the local server had the right time, but wrong timezone. Radio showed the correct timezone, so this wasn't easy to find out. -- bluegaspode 1x SB-Controller+Receiver (Duet), 1xSB-Boom. 1xSB-Radio Server (7.4.1) running on Linkstation NAS (LS-CHL) (with Debian Lenny instead of Stock-Firmware) bluegaspode's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=31651 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=70526 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
