Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] I only get to Snooze
I like the new insensitivity. Now I can snooze by giving the Radio a slap without looking, and I don't have to worry about turning the alarm off any more. -- Soulkeeper -that is not dead which can eternal lie. and with strange aeons even death may die.- touch (sans caps) + duet + boom + radio (portable) / dd-wrt on linksys wrt160n / sbs 7.6.1 on w7(x86) with avira free Soulkeeper's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=35297 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=89613 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Push snooze - time before it happens
You can turn it off with the off button. I find the decreased sensitivity of the knob far more user-friendly than before, because I don't have to worry about accidentally disabling the alarm. -- Soulkeeper -that is not dead which can eternal lie. and with strange aeons even death may die.- touch (sans caps) + duet + boom + radio (portable) / dd-wrt on linksys wrt160n / sbs 7.6.1 on w7(x86) with avira free Soulkeeper's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=35297 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=81513 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Station blocked by broadcaster
You can still listen to all these stations on your Squeezebox using DAR.fm. Here's how. Go to http://DAR.fm and create an account. Tell it to record whatever show/station you want. If you click the red record button next to a show it will automatically setup a lifetime pass so all future broadcasts will be recorded. Go to www.mysqueezebox.com and add the MP3tunes using the SAME credentials you used to create an account on DAR.fm. On your Squeezebox go to MP3tunes and then look in the Playlist. You'll see each radio show/station listed. Select the one you want to play. What's great about this setup is that you can rewind/pause/ff anytime. Now if we can just get Logitech to add a 30 sec skip button it would be magical! -- MR -- mp3michael mp3michael's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=38532 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=89618 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

On the new user registration page it shows that to listen via a Squeezebox you need to be a premium (paid) member. Otherwise it looks like a good idea, particularly as there is a show I like which I always miss on a non-CBS station that I'd be able to record. -- paulster Web Interface sending music to the wrong player? They will not open within a browser if that is what you are trying to do. This worked great for me.
