[SlimDevices: Radio] SBR lost login information to logitech media server
My SBR has been able to play MP3 files from the Logitech Media Server on my PC for months. Yesterday when I started up the Squeezebox app on my iPhone to turn the SBR on, it unexpectedly prompted me for login credentials to access my PC. I entered these correctly several times but it kept complaining that they were not correct, and it could not connect to LMS. My PC login credentials have not changed. Now I cannot get the SBR to reestablish connection to LMS. How do I re-create this connection? forestial's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57355 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96517 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

Can't be arsed reading 45 pages but this is a bit of a disappointment, no new colour Boom. That is the one I use the most. Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] UE Smart Radio and Live Music Archive working ? but not on Squeezeboxes
Sorry for the confusion. Many of the "built in" apps are actually part of the LMS package. For example the Live Music Archive is part of LMS but does not appear until you install it from mysqueezebox.com. Mysqueezebox.com makes it look like it downloads something when you install it but it actually just adds the icon to the list. So you need a new version of LMS to fix this bug not just a new plug-in. agillis's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=21140 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96265 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

So true ,Squeezbox had a chance in this semi large niche of part audiophiles ,music nerds ,computer hobbyist . Mass market not soo much. I hope for them they improved the reliability of their online platform as the Smart Radio will have to be always connected to uesmartradio.com even for local content... didjean's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2900 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96188 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] New Squeezebox Radio
I don;t think anyone has asked what this means for the Alarm functionality of the radio has the UE radio resolved the issue of always getting the backup alarm? As far as I was aware, the easiest way to avoid this was to setup a local LMS server - hence minimising the risks of mysqueezebox being unable to provide the radio feed in time ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
