Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Radio Battery
There are no plastic contacts I am aware of. They are plugged in 24/7 but not playing most of the time apart from the kitchen radio which is on most of the time I'm home. It has the same problem though. Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Squeezebox Radio, LMS + mysqueezebox.com
You tried rebooting just LMS on NAS? That often solves it. Anything else running on NAS? Tried turning off everything else, reboot LMS? toby10's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12553 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98463 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Radio Battery
In the Radio's Extended Settings menu there is a menu about Power that displays some measurements. One is whether the battery is loading. Don't remember what other values are there and not sure whether they are helpful in any way... reinholdk's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=36070 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98461 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

Hi Toby, If you mean starting and stopping it from front view by unchecking the checkbox, pressing save.. Waiting for message to confirm server has stopped then checking box and hitting save again Then yes I've done that a few times now without any success. erland wrote: Kind of sounds like you have Squeezebox firmware already, maybe you just need to do a factory reset ? My thought too, (I've gone the reset route already) except that the firmware shows as 10.0.0r16857 and when I go to the http://uesmartradio.com/player/viewPlayers site and select Add a new radio it connects to the device. Even after the reset the Remote Login menu item is available. It's a chimera. I have to mention, that while the replacement radio came out of a factory sealed box several of the protective stickers looked like they installed by a 3 year old. Perhaps this was a factory refurbished rather than a new replacement radio as I had been promised; and perhaps the guys at the factory did not quite do their job in checking functionality. If this is so, it would appear that it is possible to cock-up the conversion process. I can't think of any other explanation. Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Squeezebox Radio, LMS + mysqueezebox.com
Well, just for process of elimination, I'd suggest temporarily turning off any/all programs running on the NAS. Then reboot LMS itself, see if it works. Might be a simple port conflict with another running program, which sometimes can be quite easily resolved. toby10's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12553 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98463 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

Don't think there is a firewall in the ReadyNAS, will double check though. declankh's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=59479 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98463 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
