Note, I have not tried it, my radios seem to behave. I think this was started from the radio "bass amp" problem, where, for some reason, the radio would lose low frequencies https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?104141-Bass-amp-problem A real stab in the dark, but maybe the two issues are related, or another reach, maybe if you switch to community and then back, it might cure your radio. I guess it’s a microcode thing. As I have other radios and upcoming speaker repair on one boom, another change of VFD and wifi card I will not go in to deep troubleshooting of this radio.
