Of all I said you decide to focus on one sentence, which you
misrepresented btw. Since you were intent on taking what I said out of
context  ultra literal let me help you out. I said I was starting to
feel scammed. I then went on to explain that after ordering a product
with a set date of release that now no one at the company can
apparently even estimate when it will be in stock. A stated product on
a stated date becomes no ideal and out of date website info  seems
suspicious (almost like a scam).

Now you stated Was your credit card charged and you never received
what you paid for? I highly doubt it. - Obviously you are clueless
because they do place a Hold on whatever card you supply. AND if you
use a Debit card, many times the issuing company will process the HOLD
as a transaction. So Mr. Bank of America stick to what you know, not
speculation (I Highly doubt it.).

BUT the entire point of my post was the AWFUL customer service. A
tech company can't keep the website up to date  they can't tell
you even estimated dates  they can't inform their customers (who
have made numerous Logitech purchases) about what is going on ... NOT
professional.

How about this: instead of being the Logitech schill just stick to
playing with all those toys you  list, like a little kid. But of course
we are the ones that need to grow up.

[SlimDevices: Radio] Squeezebox Radio Accessory Pack

After reading MickeyG's post from the 2nd of March  then calling today
to inquire about the status of my order for a Squeezebox Radio
Accessory Pack I am starting to feel like I have been scammed.

MickeyG's post said I can promise to do what I can to make them
available as soon as possible on March 2. For a while the website said
Logitech's Squeezebox Radio Accessory Pack will be available on April 12
(this past Monday). Today, April 16, when I called a customer service
representative she said they didn't know when they would be available.
She went on to say that even the whare-house didn't know when I asked
who would know even an estimate. All this while the website STILL says
it is available on the 12 (4 days ago).

Vague, uninformed, and inaccurate information = AWFUL Customer service
 suspicious 

Wish someone could provide some information on what is going on  when
those customers who have ALREADY ordered the product can get a decent
idea of when to possible expect the product.

Yes I have. No as long ago as your February order (which is almost
unbelieveable for a major corporation like Logitech). I have read some
other threads about this since my post  it's almost like a 'mom  pop'
company. No stock, no estimated dates, no idea of when might be a
possibility.

The customer rep I spoke to this afternoon was super nice but she was
clueless on when it would be available, when the web site would give
correct info, or even who to talk to about getting a estimated date. 

Extraordinarily unprofessional in keeping customers informed.
