Steve. I may have entered an incorrect email address for the Logitech Boom device, but I cannot figure what that was. Is there a way to find out from the Logitech Boom menus what email address I entered? Press and hold the left arrow button until the Squeezebox Setup menu appears. Select Connect to mysqueezebox.com and press the knob. Select Settings and press the knob. Select Information and press the knob. Select mysqueezebox.com Information and press the knob. I had to log into squeezebox.com using the incorrect email and had to remove it from that account. Then I when back to the new radio and corrected the email and then it showed up on my correct account. Make sure boom is connected to mysqueezebox server and not computer squeeze server. It happens to me too when then are connected to other network. I don't know where this is out of my head, but you can find it in radio setting on boom, you could probably do this from server ul also by going to mysqueezebox from within web control while controlling boom. If not, you can search menu on radio and its there.
