[SlimDevices: Radio] Problem with New Radio
I'm getting in certain areas of the Radio that it is already registered to another user. I already own a touch and boom, could there be a different email address entered on one ? Boom definitely matches Radio. Seems like the 'MAC address' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAC_address) of your Radio matches a MAC address that has been registered to another user on MySqueezebox.com. I would suggest resetting the Radio via the "+" button (by pressing it before turning the radio on and continuing to do so until startup is completed). Checked the MAC address on underneath matches the one in the advanced settings and it does. If it happens again contact support. There was an "oops" in Radio manufacturing where they assigned the same MAC to multiple units.
