Have you tried pressing the large knob instead of 'Play'? [SlimDevices: Radio] Radio stuck at "Create an account" screen during startup
Hi, I have just received the radio and am trying to run it. Upon launch, the radio asked for wireless wifi password, which I entered. It then automatically installed a software update. It then restarted and went to the "Create an account" screen. However, it does not move to the next screen when I press the play button. Instead, it just wiggles with a blip and stays on the "create an account" screen. Even if I try to select "I already have an account" or "Help" icons, it still does not move to the next screen. Please help as soon as possible. Thank you.
