Using the dot with a radio is a great idea. I'm using my radio already to play announcements of my smarthome devices but to use it with alexa i need a way to switch the input to line-in via CLI or smiliar. All i found about this doesn't look very nice, but these post are very old, too... No, it's on mains power. The Radio stays on but the line in goes paused.
