Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Thanks Squeezebox Radio
Same here, love my radio. Right now it is playing ocean waves to help my new baby stay asleep. I have had no issues with it. -- johnas johnas's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=31930 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80866 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Thanks Squeezebox Radio
Yes there should be more compliments about the SBR. If it were reliable I would be the first to say it was the best $150.00 I have ever spent. The screen occasionally freezes up when changing stations, using the presets, requiring a reboot. So I tried leaving it on just one station to see what would happen. The next morning it was frozen. Only a reboot could get it going again. Because of these issues I have not looked into the many extensive features. If just the most simple uses were solid I would be singing the praises of the SBR. I am hoping that a future firmware update will solve the problems. I have hardware version 5 firmware 7.5.1 r8837 with mysqueezebox.com. -- Ron Stordahl Ron Stordahl's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=39204 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80866 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

I agree with you...the Squeezes are all awesome. I like your positive statement. There should be more like it. -- Ikabob Ikabob's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=32088 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80866 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
[SlimDevices: Radio] Thanks Squeezebox Radio
For all the griping about the Radio--I want to say that I just finished putting up four cords of wood for winter and my Squeezebox was with me every moment of the way. I was outside about 200 feet from the router and using the battery pack. Never a drop-out or cut-off. From Pandora to Radio Rancherito in Ciudad Juarez, the Radio kept me going for two hard days. Thanks. -- snowmanvt snowmanvt's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=35737 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80866 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
