Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] mysqueezebox.com down again.
My squeezebox radio also keeps dropping the (any) selected station every few minutes. I need to either select the station and play again, or press play to continue. Even when not playing a station the menu keeps losing its apps and internet radio selection items every 2 minutes or so. I don't have any network issues with my WiFi (the wifi icons remains white) and streaming the same stations over tunein radio on my android phone works fine. -R -- ninjarobot ninjarobot's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=44833 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=86887 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] mysqueezebox.com down again.
The radio came back, but still gets stuck in dropouts every few minutes the last 24 hours. The dropouts require re-selection of the station to get going. It is the same type of server related problem as was experienced some months ago. Running back and fourth to reselect radio station every few minutes is good exercise, but every time I think I should rather buy a cheap netbook instead of the squeezebox and stream directly from the radio station's site... -- uffe uffe's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=39973 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=86887 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] mysqueezebox.com down again.
My understanding was that it does stream directly from the radio site. Its only the initial negotiation that is handled by mysqueezebox.com, or a local sbs. Are you sure its not just the radio station that is the problem? -- hubbaloo hubbaloo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=30963 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=86887 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

Are you sure its not just the radio station that is the problem? I'm in NL and tried several stations in DK and FR with the same result. The mysqueezebox playercontrol is sluggish or failing too. Streaming directly from the stations with my PC has no problems. -- uffe uffe's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=39973 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=86887 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
