I have an interesting variant on this... alarm set for Mon - Fri BBC R5 via SBS Fri-radio wakes server and alarm works fine, alarm switches off after 45mins and server hibernates PC server not switched on again all weekend as I was away. It should if the server is working (as at alarm time, the server tells the Radio to sound the alarm). I'm not sure though, whether the fallback alarm is set up correctly when the icon is missing. So if there are network problems you might miss an alarm. If you don't use your Radio within the last 24h before the next alarm is scheduled the icon will be missing: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15515 To get a correct symbol, you just need to turn your Radio on (or off if it was on).
