If possible, try a different browser like FireFox or Chrome. There is a known (but rare) bug with different browsers logging into MySB.com. What bug number? If there was a known issue, I should be working on it. I was able to log in and access my account and remote control. I downloaded the Google Chrome browser. But I have had my radio since January and I've been using the most up to date version of IE and have had no problems until yesterday. I still can't access my account through IE as of right now.
