Re: [rancid] Aruba 2930M
Here, we use h3clogin for HP/Aruba Comware 5 or 7 switches. Our Comware 5 switches are the little Network Jack 5000 series, and Comware 7 are flexible fabric switches we use for iSCSI (5700 and 5300 series). No issues with authentication, there are occasionally some setup errors when Rancid initially connects but they’re not fatal. We always get a configuration stored though. h3clogin -c"display current-configuration" AA.BB.CC.DD James From: Rancid-discuss On Behalf Of henri hemery Sent: Friday, December 20, 2019 5:38 AM To: Guisepp Rodriguez Cc: Rancid-discuss@shrubbery.net Subject: Re: [rancid] Aruba 2930M EXTERNAL E-MAIL: BE CAUTIOUS WHEN OPENING FILES OR FOLLOWING LINKS Hi Guisepp, For me, the problem I still have with tis Aruba/HP switches that run comware 5 I think, it is the authentication.
