You can't do much better than Stone's on Santa Clara Ave. in Alameda. Been there since 1943, exclusively steel bikes- Waterford, Gunnar, Bob Jackson, and Mercian to name a few- extremely knowledgeable and competent mechanic work and worth a visit just to peruse the vintage stuff up in the racks.
