[RBW] Bike Shop in Cleveland, Ohio Area

Greetings!

I am considering the purchase of a used, fillet-brazed steel framed tandem 
on EBay. Link here:

Since I live in the SF Bay Area, I was wondering if there is a good bike 
shop that would pack the tandem well enough for it to be delivered via 
BikeFlights.

Anybody with a recommendation for such a bike shop in the Cleveland area?
