--I used this rack on my Raleigh 650b conversion for about a year. It comes 
with a few extra struts and diving board plates and a spare strut bolt The 
extra strut bolt pictured works well as a light mount, I used a Velo-Orange 
light mount bracket and Paul Light Mount and it worked great
