I have one to many bikes for allotted bike space in my garage. I want to pick up a new Atlantis or TBD Rivendell frame for touring. If my wife sees me building up another bike without selling one I think I'm going to have more riding time but not a wife. [RBW] FS: 59cm Bleriot Frame/Fork/HS/BB/etc.
For your consideration, one much loved 59cm Bleriot in typical condition (photos available upon request). Includes a Campognolo headset, dirty bottom bracket, and Dia-Compe centerpull brakes (if you want em - I recommend em). Scratches / dings here and there, but otherwise every bit the grand frame it's purported to be. I have moved on to less gears (one to be exact). I hate to part with it, so in honor of the best tire size in the world, I'll start at $650 plus actual shipping, probably $60-$75 in the contiguous US. Great bike. Also have some Albatross bars and a Wald basket or two. Email me off list if you want something like that. My Bleriot is just not getting ridden enough and the poor guy is hanging on a hook all day. I am the original owner and purchased directly from QBP when I worked at a shop. I am only selling to finance the purchase of a Salsa Fargo. I am the original owner and it's in great condition. It has the usual nicks but no significant scratches. The Honjo fenders have some dings, but still look great! There's some wear on the head badge as well. I got this earlier this year when I sold my Rawland cSogn. I have used it as my bike at my second office where I work 2-3 days a week. It's a great bike, but recently I came across a nice 80's Specialized Sequoia, which has similar geometry, so I am letting the Bleriot go to someone who will ride it more than I can. $475 for the package of frameset/headset/seatpost The frame in great conditions, no ding, no dent, and no major scratches, several paint chips, but none bigger than 2-3mm in diameter. The headset is an shimano ultegra or 105. The seatpost is a kalloy silver post. The bike is not quite disassembled, but I can do that in the next day or two. let me know if you are interested.
