[RBW] MUSA Knickers - Sartorial Slippery Slope
Dear RBW list, Please help! I recently got some of these (black ones) and have been wearing them pretty much all the time around the house. They are totally comfortable, they are great on the bike. They are perfect for my commute. Yesterday I found out they are pretty much perfect to wear around work. At 60 years old I can't really pass as a hipster. I'm getting strange looks from my peers at my high tech work place. What am I to do? -JimD -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups RBW Owners Bunch group. William, You are correct sir. However I'm sensing that they may be considered inappropriate, from a sartorial point of view, as work attire for a senior type person (a.k.a., old fart). Re: [RBW] MUSA Knickers - Sartorial Slippery Slope
Well I'm thinking brightly colored hawaiian shirts would make fine riding garments. Sort of a contrarian version of the run of the mill ghastly lycra bike attire. They might 'meld' with the MUSA knicker as work fashion. How would such shirts go with the argyle socks? Where does one find wool argyle socks? -JimD On Feb 25, 2012, at 1:59 PM, William wrote: Your OP title referred to a slippery slope.
