[RBW] New shoes (and rims) for the Sam Hillborne

When I originally built up this Sam as a demo bike/my personal whip, I 
stuck on some old Mavic Open Sport rims, because I had em layin' around.  
Paired 'em with some Pasela tires, fine fine, good tires, road velcro. The 
other day I blew out the rear tire on a dirt road, and incidentally, 
Velocity had just shipped me a random extra Quill rim.  I'd built a few 
wheels with Quills, and dug them.  So I ordered another, ditched the 
narrow, non-tubeless ready Mavics, and rebuilt the wheels using Sapim Force 
spokes and Quill rims.  White Industries rear hub, Schmidt front.  Happy 
days.  I used our secret tubeless tape and a custom blend of Orange Seal 
juice, and mounted some smooth 38mm Gravelking rubber.  They sing!  Much 
faster feeling than the Paselas, meatier sidewall than a Compass.  Shot 
these pics with an old Jupiter lens in the back yard of Analog Cycles.
