I live a 15-minute walk from the venue but found out about this only a few days ago and will be out of town until Sunday night. I'm bummed I won't be going, but I understand it's an annual event, right?
Nothing loaded when I clicked your link so I can't comment on the bikability of your route except to say that Boston has a good bike culture but in general it's slow going with all the traffic and lights.
